- Delite Luxury commits to a processing time of 2-3 business days for all orders. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Please be aware that this processing timeline is subject to the availability of products and successful order verification. In cases where there are inventory issues or challenges in order verification, we will promptly notify you of any potential delays.
Courier Options, Delivery Estimate, and Shipping Fees
- Variety of Carriers: We partner with USPS and UPS for shipping needs. This allows us to offer you a choice between various delivery options, catering to your preferences and requirements.
- Real-Time Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time and are displayed at checkout. These fees are determined based on the shipping option selected, the destination address, and the weight/volume of the order.
- Estimated Delivery Dates: The delivery time for your order will depend on the type of delivery service you select. Options range from ground shipping, which typically takes longer, to express shipping for faster delivery. We provide estimated delivery dates based on the carrier's information. However, Delite Luxury is not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, service interruptions, and customs delays.
- Carrier Disputes: In the event of a dispute or issue with the delivery, customers are first advised to contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, our customer support team will assist to the best of our ability.
International Shipping
- Scope of Service: Currently, our shipping services are limited to the United States.
Free Shipping
- Order Threshold for Free Shipping: Free shipping is automatically applied to orders exceeding $200 before tax and after any discounts are applied.
Delays During Busy Times
- Sometimes, when we get a lot of orders all at once, things can get a bit busy. This might cause a short delay in sending out your order. If this happens, please bear with us and allow a few extra days for your items to arrive. Rest assured, if there's any significant delay, we'll let you know via email.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?
If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. However, if the order is already shipped then we can't do anything in that case.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Please note:
- Any unclaimed package will be returned back to us. And, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
- It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.
How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days with your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

- We reserve the right to exercise discretion and may choose not to process or ship any order.
- We do not offer shipping to multiple locations per order.
- All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- For security reasons, we do not deliver to military bases or accept orders with incomplete recipient information or unidentifiable addresses.
- Delite Luxury is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events.
- We are not responsible for courier-related delays, such as customs clearance, as they are beyond our control.
- Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
